Q:  How do I subscribe and unsubscribe to the MHP Edge?
A:  It's really simple to subscribe to the MHP Edge. Go to the MHP Edge product page by clicking the "PRODUCTS" link in the navigation bar.

If you do not already have a MHP account with us, you can register for FREE on our product page. If you are already a member, go ahead and login with your MHP username and password at the top of the webpage.

If not a member, register for FREE on the product page.


After you've registered, or logged in, you'll be given the option to subscribe to the MHP Edge. Just fill in your credit card information and if it goes through successfully you'll be taken to the MHP Edge!

Enter your credit card information to subscribe to the MHP Edge.

After you subscribe you'll be taken to the MHP Edge.


To unsubscribe from the MHP Edge, simply click the link at the top of any webpage that says "Unsubscribe from MHP Edge". You'll be asked to confirm that you want to unsubscribe. Click the UNSUBSCRIBE button, wait for MHP to process your request, and you're done.

Click the UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MHP Edge link at the top of the page to unsubscribe.

Confirm that you want to unsubscribe. Close the UNSUBSCRIBE popup box.

Q:  I've just purchased the Class Numbers and/or Bob's picks for a track. How do I get them?
A:  We don't email our Class Numbers or Bob's picks, so in order to view them you need to go to the race results.

Start out by choosing either TODAY'S RACES or TOMORROW'S RACES (depending on the day you purchased from).

Select either TODAY'S RACES or TOMORROW'S RACES


The next screen you'll see is the results home screen. Continue by selecting the track you purchased.

If you're not logged in, you'll see a brown box covering the Class Numbers, and a green box covering Bob's picks.

If not logged in, the Class Numbers and Bob's picks are covered.


If not logged in, to view your purchase, log in at the top of the web page with your username and password. If you purchased the track you selected, the box will be uncovered and you can view your purchase on all the races for the selected track.

Log in to view your purchase.


You can also print the races for your selected track. Click the red PRINT ALL RACES button found at the top-right corner of the race you are viewing. A new browser window (or browser tab) will load with a printable version of all the races, with the purchased information listed as well.

Click the PRINT ALL RACES button to load a screen with a printable version of the race results with your purchased information.

Q:  How does the pricing work on this site?
A:  The pricing for each of our products depends on if you are logged in or not. Members receive several benefits such as reduced prices and the ability to store their credit card on-file for easier purchasing. If you are not a member, you can still purchase our products without restriction, but you will need to enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase. If you are logged in, you purchase our products from your account MHP bank.

Purchasing from your MHP bank is fast and convienent. To fill your MHP bank, click the bank section at the top of any page on this website to use your credit card to put money in your bank.

If you have a credit card on file, you will see the following screen:

You select the amount to add to your bank from the dropdown and click the USE CARD ON FILE button to finalize the charge. If you do not have a credit card on file you will see the following screen:

Select the amount to add to your bank from the dropdown, fill in your credit card information, and click the MAKE PURCHASE button to finalize the charge. You also have the option to add the entered credit card to your on-file credit card in your account so you won't have to enter your credit card every time you make a product purchase.

Q:  When I try to purchase a product and enter my credit card information, I get this error: “A duplicate transaction has been submitted. Please try to resubmit this transaction in a few minutes”. What does this mean?
A:  When using your credit card to purchase a product or filling your bank, you may come across this error:

A duplicate transaction has been submitted error.


If you’ve tried to purchase a product with your credit card, but it was rejected because of a discrepancy with the CCV Code, our credit card gateway puts a hold on that card for a few minutes due to security reasons. If you want to still use that credit card to purchase with, wait a few minutes before attempting to make the purchase again.
